Waking up in the morning at any time (preferably before sunrise)

Yoga practitioners should have a glass of water 15 15–30 minutes before the practice and refrain from drinking water during class, as that will distract the body from giving full attention to the asanas

A morning yoga practice can calm you down. It helps improve mental focus and concentration.

You're doing things with your body that you haven't gotten used to yet, so it's only natural that it should feel a little strange or even uncomfortable in the beginning. If you're not very flexible, the mere act of stretching before your yoga workout may cause you some discomfort.

Don't shower, drink water, or eat food for 30 minutes after doing yoga. During illness, surgeries, or any sprains or fractures, one should refrain from Yoga practice.
