Do each one of these exercises for 30 seconds
▫️each side of the body
Take a one-minute rest
▫️then do it over again.

THE ROUTINE 🤸🏽‍♀️
1. Tabletop hovers; step back to plank
2. elbows down, both leg lifts double, then single
3. Bird dog need to elbow crunch into straight lifts lower
4. Forearm plank hip lifts

TIPS ✨
〰️ Keep the movement slow so you can keep control
〰️ Focus on your breath as you move and see if you can match your movement to your breath
〰️With the hip lifts, imagine a string, just drawing your hips up toward the ceiling, a tiny bit, and then lowering them down
Use extra padding, like a folded blanket under the knees and elbows for the forearms, for extra comfort
